Philippians 4:4
Rejoice in the
Lord always and
again I say,
rejoice!
As Jesus rode
into Jerusalem
on a humble
donkey colt the
people rejoiced
gladly and
loudly with
shouts of
Hosanna! At that
point in time
they thought
that certainly
this was their
long awaited
Messiah. Less
than a week
later He would
be hanging from
a bloody cross
of Crucifixion
with all the
adoring eyes of
the crowd turned
away in grief
and sadness or
in utter disdain
for Him.
How quickly the,
'crowd' changes
it's mind about
a thing. Don't
be one of them!
Jesus paid such
a very high
price for us to
live in a
perpetual state
of real and
lasting joy.
Don't ever let
the devil steal
away this
invaluable
prize! It is our
very strength!
